Cancellatons

Dawn’s Animal Connection has a 24 hour cancellation policy, when cancelling by email or phone message and a 6 hour cancellation deadline when using the link in your confirmation email. Last minute cancellations will be charged the full appointment rate.

Missed sessions will not be refunded or credited. You will be considered a “no-show” after 15 minutes.
