Relax Like a Cat

henry2

My cat knows how to relax. He doesn’t consider it to be a life skill- it is just life. Often people call me to communicate with their animals about a certain subject. When I communicate with my cat on a daily basis it is usually about “nothing”. I tune into him and just enjoy thinking the way he does. It is very relaxing. I am not sure I should call it “thinking”, maybe I should say I enjoy feeling the way he does. Today he was having the best moment of basking in the sun. Look at how relaxed his body got!

When you have a moment try being quiet and tuning into your relaxed animal friend. Try to feel how they feel. Imagine your body feeling like their body. I promise it will feel good!

  1. Thanks for your post! I always have tuned into animals and their feelings but didn’t understand that this is a form of animal communication until I started studying it over the last six months. It is extremely comforting to be able to connect with them in this way. Two of my cats, though, have PTSD, so it can be hard to connect with them sometimes because I’m pretty sure that they have flashbacks. But, I can see when this happens and help connect them to me in order to help them feel safe through it.

  2. I was just admiring your kitty boy’s pictures and your comments, and was so pleasantly surprised when I scrolled down and saw my sweet Cassie! Her picture hangs in my living room. I miss her SO much, but this picture perfectly catches her sweet spirit.

  3. This is wonderful! Thanks Dawn.

Our little cat Cricket that you spoke with a couple weeks ago, got taken away by her owners! Not really what I would consider animal people. Did not know how old she was or if she had been spay. No microchip or a collar. And said that “I meant to put up fliers but I never got around to it “. I reluctantly let her go. And then, four days later she was back in our backyard again!

We took her in to be spayed this morning. And I’m just waiting to see if anybody calls or if I see any posters up that say they’ve lost a cat. It’s a tough call, it goes against my values to have something/someone who belongs to another person. But it also goes against my values to put an animal in a dangerous position. This cat is crossing a 2 Lane Highway to come to my house. I’m just gonna wait… And take the next right step each day. I think she wants to be here. And I know I want her to be here.

As always, it’s fun to hear from you and I so appreciate your undying support! ❤️❤️❤️

  5. I wold love to take your work shop on animal Communication. I have had many sessions with you for my dogs and cats both during their lifetime and after they passed. My pets were Sponge, Ling-Ling and Sashimi and one stray cat. Also you spoke once with Shumai who was a little upset about a new border collie puppy. I still have Shumai who is now 18 1/2 years old. If you have a workshop on animal communication before this summer I would love to take it! Let me know. You have been of so much emotional help after Ling- Ling. Died. I understand through your communication that Sponge loves his spirit to human communication with me. And that Ling- Ling was worried about me the day after he died. My love of animals is great and I would love to take a class in animal communication.
